• The primary purpose of the CNA is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care according to established procedures and supervisor directives.
• The CNA must be committed to delivering superior healthcare that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Provide routine nursing care, document appropriately, and create a calm atmosphere.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report changes in condition.
• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.

Requirements

• Current CNA Certification in New York State in good standing.
• Dedicated to compassionate, quality care.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about caregiving.
• Genuine interest in helping residents with various needs.
• Patience, cheerful disposition, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
