Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician PRN for our Inpatient Pharmacy. Must have national certification (PTCB or NHA) and TN Pharmacy Tech License. Performs unit dose prep, IV admixtures, labeling, and record-keeping under pharmacist supervision to support patient care.

This role requires accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and flexibility to cover variable shifts in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have National Certification such as PTCB or NHA AND TN Pharmacy Tech License.
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares unit dose medications and fills unit dose carts.
• Calculates, weighs and compounds ingredients for non-sterile products.
• Prepares, labels and documents IV products.
• Presents filled orders to the Pharmacist for review.
• Delivers patient medication orders to units and maintains records.
