BrightPath Kids in Woburn, MA is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to work alongside teachers and families, providing a nurturing home away from home for children per NAEYC guidelines.

You will oversee programs across classrooms, mentor teachers, create developmentally appropriate curriculum, and partner with families to plan the best care and education for their children.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CDA credential or MA Teacher certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet MA state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
