Qualifications
- HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance/repair.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently or with others.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces) and perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly; maintain service records and manage tools/inventory.
- Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with residents and assisting with general maintenance or on-call duties.
