PeaceHealth is seeking a Hospital Engineer Certified for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $40.11 – $60.17.

Qualifications

• Post-high school coursework in mechanical/electrical/building support fields.
• Associate degrees in electrical, mechanical or facility management are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and repair experience on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Licenses/certifications as listed by employer are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust and coordinate on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned.
• Requisition and manage parts for maintenance efficiently.
• Document work on computerized work orders and generate reports.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of hospital systems and equipment.
• Mentor colleagues on safe installation, operation and maintenance.
