Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a CNA for the Intermediate Care Unit for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.00 – $34.50. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development.
• Certified Nurse Assistant - Washington required.
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Take and record vital signs; document data as needed.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Support mobility and transfers for patients.
• Maintain unit supplies and stock patient rooms.
• Document patient care data accurately.
• Provide clerical support to the unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
