Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team serving Aiken, SC. You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care to homebound patients and complete visits in the designated service area.

The role is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and benefits including 401K matching and generous PTO. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to homebound patients.
• Complete visits in patients' homes within designated service area.
