Job summary

Your Health Organization in Augusta is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team and serve Augusta patients. You will assist licensed therapists and deliver high-quality care to homebound patients in Harlem, Dearing, and Evans.

The full-time, salary-based position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a focus on maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients.
• Complete visits in patients' homes within designated service areas.
• Support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses and collaborate with families.
