As a home health aide with Gurwin Health Care Agency, you must be a Certified Home Health Aide in NY and committed to delivering high-quality care that helps clients stay safe at home. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical personnel.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in NY.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Available to work at least 35 hours/week, including every other weekend.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
