Senior Helpers - Bryan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care that enables seniors to age with dignity. You will deliver personalized care, companionship, and support with daily activities in clients' homes across New Jersey. Training and PPE are provided, with a focus on safety and client well-being.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients.
• CertifiedHHA or CNA in the State of New Jersey (REQUIRED).
• A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• PPD test (skin test for TB per NJ Law).
• Must complete a background check screening.

• Delivering exceptional care to our clients.
• Provide personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client and family.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meals.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Collaborate with client’s care team for updates and health changes.
• Document completion of tasks and report changes in client condition or behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional care to our clients.
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families.
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Collaborate with client’s care team to provide client updates and important health changes.
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.

They make a direct impact in providing care to seniors who wish to age in the safety and comfort of their home instead of an assisted living facility, an independent living facility, a senior living community, or a nursing home.

Every client will have different needs that they require assistance with, but we make sure to match our clients and caregivers for the optimal fit. Care provided could include ADLs such as grooming, eating, walking, bathing, and other self-care tasks. It could also include assisting with fun hobbies and games that a client enjoys.
