Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to clients in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal prep, and follow the nurse's care plan. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Valid NJ CHHA license and a high school diploma are required; drivers and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
