Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is looking for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities and provide companionship, following each client’s care plan and reporting changes to the agency.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and ongoing training in a supportive work environment. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
