Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with routine tasks following a nurse’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
