Location: Los Angeles County including Whittier, Bellflower, Norwalk, Downey & surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs during home visits.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding based on patient care plans.
• Offer medication reminders (no administration required).
