Remedy Home Health is now hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate, high-quality home health and senior care services throughout Los Angeles County. As a CHHA in home health, you will deliver essential personal care and rehab support to patients in their homes—helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety within their community care environment.

- Support mobility and rehab activities, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) during home visits
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding based on patient care plans
- Offer medication reminders (no administration required)
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Follow individualized home health care plans under RN or therapist supervision
- Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (California)
- CPR certification (current and valid)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient‑centered care
- Home health or community care experience preferred (not required)
