Remedy Home Health is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate, high‑quality home health and senior care services in Orange County. Flexible opportunities include per diem, part‑time, and full‑time roles designed to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
As a CHHA in home health, you will deliver essential personal care and rehab support to patients in their homes—helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety within their community care environment.

- Support mobility and rehab activities, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) during home visits
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding based on patient care plans
- Offer medication reminders (no administration required)
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Follow individualized home health care plans under RN or therapist supervision
- Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (California)
- CPR certification (current and valid)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient‑centered care
- Home health or community care experience preferred (not required)
