Caring Hospice Services is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide to join our field team. The role involves traveling to patients' homes and care facilities to provide compassionate in-home care and support with daily living activities.

The position requires CNA/Hospice Aide certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to record vital signs and follow infection control procedures. The role includes mileage reimbursement and a 40-hour work week.

This is a mobile position in the field. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals
• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications
