Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in Union, NJ seeks compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide high-quality in-home hospice care. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in New Jersey to be considered.

Prior hospice experience is a plus, and dependable transportation is expected. Responsibilities include caring for patients, assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and communicating with families and patients.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Union area. . This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the facility as needed.

Requirements:
