Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team serving the Hudson area. You will provide care and services to patients as needed, following care plans and delivering the highest level of care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and communicating with families and patients.

Candidates must hold a valid CHHA license in NJ; prior hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA license in NJ is required.
• Prior hospice experience is a plus.
• Dependable transportation to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the facility as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
