Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in the Mercer area is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our team. You will provide in-home care and support to patients, following care plans and delivering the highest level of care with empathy and respect.

Requirements include a valid NJ CHHA license and prior hospice experience is a plus. Dependable transportation is preferred. We offer competitive hourly rates, training, and benefits to our dedicated staff.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Mercer area. This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the facility as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements

• Valid CHHA License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
