Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a CHHA to provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care in patients\' homes in New Jersey. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure comfort, safety, and mobility, and closely observe and communicate any changes in patient condition.

The role requires current NJ CHHA certification, the ability to drive if needed, and a dependable, caring attitude. This is a full-time position within Grace’s 20+ year legacy of care.

Competenze

• Current New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• Experience requirement is stated but not specified; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
