Job summary

Award Homecare is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) across New Jersey. We offer Live-In, Hourly, Overnight, Full-Time, Part-Time and Flexible Scheduling to fit your lifestyle. A female client is seeking a female aide Monday–Friday 8am–12pm.

Join a team dedicated to helping seniors remain at home with compassionate, professional care. We provide ongoing training, competitive compensation, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CHHA license required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home.
