Job summary

The Senior Company in New Jersey is seeking CHHA professionals to provide hands-on in-home care. You will assist clients with mobility, transfers, daily living tasks, and safety in their homes.

Compensation includes a base pay of $20/hour plus case-based differential; shifts include day, overnight, and weekday options with varied hours. We offer competitive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid overtime, sick time, and holiday/birthday premium pay.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care.

• Hours per day / days per week
• Distance traveled

• Couples Cases
• Level of care required
• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Available Shifts

Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday)

• 7am-7pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-8pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-6pm (10 Hours)
• 9am-7pm (10 Hours)

Overnight Shifts(Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday)

• 7pm-7am (12 Hours)
• 8pm-8am (12 Hours)
• 9pm-9am (12 Hours)
• 8pm-6am (10 Hours)
• 9pm-7am (10 Hours)

Weekday Shifts(Monday-Friday)

• 8am-4pm (8 Hours)
• 9am-5pm (8 Hours)
• 10am-6pm (8 Hours)
