Award Homecare is actively hiring compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to serve clients across New Jersey in home settings with live-in, hourly and overnight options. We offer flexible scheduling and weekly pay to fit your lifestyle and availability.

We strive to help seniors remain safely at home with professional, empathetic care. Successful applicants will have a current NJ CHHA license, reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to follow detailed care plans.

Qualifications

Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
Must pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Monitor and report changes in a client's physical or emotional condition.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assist clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes.
