Job summary

Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC in Bakersfield County is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team, providing in-home care and essential support to clients in their daily living activities. You will deliver compassionate companionship, help with personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping to improve quality of life.

We value reliability and empathy; candidates should have at least 6 months of elderly care experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience, at least 6 months with elderly
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Obtain or willing to obtain an HCA (Home Care Aide)
• Valid and Positive TB Skin Test

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Accurately document and report any changes in client's condition to the care team

About the Role:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (Must have at least 6 months experience working with elderly)
