Compassionate Care In Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Bakersfield, CA. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and monitor health status while ensuring a safe, clean home environment.

We value reliability and empathy; prior home care experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred. Training and development opportunities are provided, and candidates should be willing to undergo background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Certification in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
