Job summary

Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our Merced County team. You will provide essential in-home care and support, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. A background check, TB test, and a valid driver’s license are required or will be obtained as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving or related Elderly care experience.
• Demonstrates compassion and empathy in client care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Document and report changes in client condition to the care team.

About the Role:

Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Merced County. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential in-home care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping


• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management


• Accurately document and report any changes in client's condition to the care team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (Must have at least 6 months experience working with elderly)


• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening


• obtain or willing to obtain a registered HCA (Home Care Aide)


• Valid and Positive TB Skin Test
