Start Date: Monday, June 9th, 2025
Shift: Monday - Friday: Must be open to any shift between 10:30am – 8pm CST. It is required to work every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST.
Training: Training will be a duration of 6 weeks from 8am – 4:30pm CST. Due to the structured training schedule, new hires are unable to miss any days of training.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $21.50 or $25 including certification through NBC-HWC or CHES only.
The Health Coach is part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for improving individual health and wellness of program participants and the overall health status of a client's population. They support members in improving lifestyles and behaviors to reduce health risks, supervised by an Operations Coach Manager.
