Job Summary

Start Date: Monday, June 9th, 2025

Shift: Monday - Friday, any shift between 10:30am – 8pm CST. Must work every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST.

Training: 6 weeks, 8am – 4:30pm CST. Attendance is mandatory for all training days.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $21.50 or $25 with certification through NBC-HWC or CHES.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support behavior change and health improvement.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists, and external vendors.
• Support operational processes to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain a schedule and caseload, participate in meetings, and track member progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 2+ years of health coaching experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred; customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and telephonic communication.
• Knowledge of lifestyle topics such as smoking cessation, nutrition, and stress management is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to schedule changes. Hard-wired internet required.
