Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center seeks an Occupational Therapist/CHT in Cherry Hill and Willow Grove. You will deliver comprehensive OT services, supervise staff, and coordinate care with physicians to restore function and return patients to daily life.

This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits, continuing education, and opportunities for growth within a leading musculoskeletal care network.

Qualifications

• OT degree with current PA/NJ licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic OT is preferred; new grads welcome.
• Certified Hand Therapist credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT services per protocols and guidelines.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Promote adherence to plans of care and prompt treatment.
• Delegate and supervise OT assistants and aides per state act.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team to coordinate care.
• Develop individualized therapy programs to restore function.
