Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, seeks an Occupational Therapist/CHT in Glen Mills, PA to deliver outpatient OT services. The role includes coordinating with physicians and the rehab team, supervising assistants, and ensuring timely documentation and adherence to care plans.

The ideal candidate will hold PA/NJ OT licenses, BLS, and Hand Therapy credentials, with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes and return-to-work goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Licenses: PA and NJ OT licenses, BLS certification, Hand Therapy license.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive OT services per protocols and guidelines.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and physicians; supervise OT assistants.
• Develop individualized therapeutic activity programs to restore function and promote independence.
• Assist with patient scheduling and front desk duties; ensure adherence to care plans.
