Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist/CHT to join our Exton and Paoli teams. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive therapy services with collaboration across physicians and rehab colleagues.

You will document timely, supervise assistants, coordinate care plans, and promote return-to-work activities while upholding professional standards and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy.
• BLS Certification required.
• Certified Hand Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services per protocols and guidelines.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians and rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to occupational therapy assistants and clinical aides.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore function and promote independence.

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
