Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing comprehensive recovery plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience, holds a current state PT or OT license, and possesses CHT certification. Opportunities for leadership and clinical education are available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for upper-extremity rehab.
• Document delivery of OT/PT services.
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom hand splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care, and precautions.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehab with scar management and return-to-work focus.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and other clinicians.
