Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or GED.
• Two industry certifications (as approved by the supervisor).
• Examples include MNLA Certified Professional; MDA Pesticide Licenses A, E & P; MDA Pesticide F aquatics; Certified Irrigation Technician; DNR Tree Inspector; ISA Arborist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain College grounds including turf, landscape plantings, walks, roads, and athletic fields seasonally.
• Perform interior cleaning and custodial duties as scheduled.
• Keep accurate records of service intervals and repairs; assist with training student employees.
