Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time Custodian/Grounds to perform varied duties maintaining college buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of grounds maintenance experience; custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must possess a validated driver's license.
• Three (3) years' experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscaping for grounds positions. Custodial experience preferred.

Custodian/Grounds

Part-time positions will perform varied duties necessary to ensure proper custodial and grounds maintenance of college-wide property, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Pay rates starting at $16+/hour!

Special Instructions

The number of part-time Custodian/Grounds positions hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department and the College. Please understand that there may not presently be a Custodian/Grounds position available at the time of your application. When an opening becomes available, the hiring manager will look to this pool of candidates for consideration.
