Job summary

GOLFTEC Houston Heights is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national team of golf instructors. You will graduate from GOLFTEC University and use TECFIT/Optimotion technology to help students improve, while delivering high-quality coaching in a center environment.

The role offers a base hourly wage, monthly commissions and a total compensation range of $55,000–$70,000, plus a $2,000 signing bonus upon graduation from GTU.

Qualifications

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program.
• Experience using golf technology and data-driven feedback.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus; graduation from PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GTU and participate in training.
• Use the best technology in golf to help students improve.
• Create custom lesson plans and deliver TECFIT, outdoor and short‑game lessons.

Skills

2+ years experience in golfInstruction

Strong written and verbalCommunication

Ability to stand, bend, kneel or croun

PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus

Graduation from a PGM program is aPlus
