Job summary

GOLFTEC Honolulu is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf professionals. You will participate in GOLFTEC University training and use the best technology to help students play better golf.

Coaches receive a base hourly rate plus monthly commissions and bonuses, with a total compensation range of $55,000–$65,000 and a $1,000 signing bonus upon graduation from GTU.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting.
• Familiarity with golf swing mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation or PGM program a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete training.
• Use technology to help players improve.
• Create and adapt lesson plans for different skill levels.
• Deliver TECFIT Club Fitting and golf lessons.
• Maintain facilities and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
