Job summary

Colliers seeks an experienced real estate professional in a hybrid role based out of the local office. The candidate will perform valuations and appraisals, develop client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across geographies to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements include 2-3 years of CRE-related work, active CG Real Estate Appraiser license, and a Bachelor's degree with preferred advanced appraisal coursework. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

In this role, you will…

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: 100% commission based. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave, along with twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave which will be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
