Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace Group - Fuel Motion Control Systems division in Euclid, OH is seeking a Certified Gear and Shaft Machinist on 2nd shift. You will set up and operate precision machines to produce parts to tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio; no relocation benefit is provided.
• Minimum two years of machining (Non-CNC acceptable).
• Minimum 2-year GD&T experience (training may be considered in lieu of this requirement).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drilling, milling, edge breaking, and burr machines to generate rough and finish dimensions on a variety of parts.
• Perform burr, polish, finish, and blend surfaces on machined parts.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and document results per ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program.
• Assist other operators with proper procedures.
