Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a diligent associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You’ll validate orders, assist customers by routing them to the right associates, and operate certified equipment while maintaining clean, organized staging areas.

Collaboration with leadership ensures issues are resolved promptly and inventory remains accurate. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, teamwork, and reliable use of Orders App and SIMS for compliance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
