Responsibilities include operating powered equipment, customer assistance, and collaboration with leadership to resolve issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders and answering questions
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs
