Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smart phones, tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not certified)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months of retail experience preferred
• 6 months in customer service or product fulfillment roles in home improvement retailers preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks including audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; perform other duties as needed
