Lowe's is hiring for a picker/stocker role at one of its stores. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders on time while keeping areas clean and safe. You will operate powered equipment and assist with inventory accuracy, using the Orders App and SIMS to resolve issues.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months in retail or customer service, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Benefits include associate programs and access to Lowe's resources.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not certified).

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders on time, keeping areas clean and safe.
• Deliver service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) per safety rules.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, collaborate to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
