Job summary

Dynamic Homes, LLC is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator in Detroit Lakes, MN. This full-time role supports shipping & receiving, with a starting wage of $19.55 per hour, and requires passing Class 5 and Class 7 lift certifications.

You will load, unload, and rotate stock, maintain records, and follow safety policies. The position requires 1–2 years warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus but not required initially.
• Ability to read shipping documents to verify incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality and sort for storage.
• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift to load, unload, and rotate stock.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Meet productivity requirements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep work area organized and safe, following PPE and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
