Job summary

Target in Minnesota is hiring a Fork Lift Operator to safely move goods within the facility and support production and shipping activities. You will operate Crown stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, stage products for timely shipment, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, experience with warehouse software and Excel, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and teamwork required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts safely.
Experience with data entry and basic PC tasks preferred.
Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift operation and hydraulic lift knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Crown stand up forklift and riding pallet jack equipment.
Stage product to keep production lines operating without delays.
Prepare finished work for shipment, including banding and wrapping skids.
Load/unload incoming and outgoing trailers.
Log receipts in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel.
Assist in maintaining forklift lifts and powered pallet jack equipment as necessary.
