Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support a busy distribution operation in Braintree, MA. You will operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, move and organize inventory, and assist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

This hands-on role requires safety focus and dependable attendance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of forklift or warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification/license required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Move, locate, stack, and organize warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Verify products and quantities as materials are moved.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals.
