Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support a busy distribution operation in Braintree, MA. You will operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, move and organize inventory, and assist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

This hands-on role requires safety focus and dependable attendance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of forklift or warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification.

We’re hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support a busy distribution operation in Braintree, MA. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is safety‑focused, dependable, and experienced operating powered industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklifts
• Move, locate, stack, and organize warehouse inventory
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Verify products and quantities as materials are moved
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Follow all OSHA, equipment, and warehouse safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift certification/license required
