Green Bay Packaging Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, material staging, inventory checks, and daily equipment inspections. A valid forklift certification and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift certification per OSHA standards or ability to obtain it on hire.
• Excellent focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills for order processing and inventory tasks.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and shipping orders to move materials and equipment efficiently.
• Supply raw materials and WIP to production equipment as scheduled.
• Safely load/unload materials from trucks and other transport.
• Move and organize palletized products within warehouse areas.
• Inspect loads for stability and proper placement; ensure safe transport.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections per OSHA requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
