You’ll ensure staging areas are clean and safe while delivering high-quality service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates. Qualifications include powered equipment certification, inventory accuracy focus, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
