The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, and certification for powered equipment; the position offers hourly pay and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers find items and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and follow-ups; report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
